NEOTERIC is the only organization in Tamilnadu to have provided an effective WATERPROOFING solution for old terraces, which can be applied without removal of the substrate like brick-lime jelly / tiles, brick - bat coba etc. SYSTEMS have been developed for HERITAGE BUILDINGS, old buildings & buildings under construction.

NEOTERIC has gained reputation from protecting HERITAGE BUILDINGS OF THE MADRAS UNIVERSITY, COSMOPOLITAN CLUB, MADRAS CLUB etc, which are several decades old.

NEOTERIC has also developed & applied special reflective and insulative, "HEAT INSULATION COATINGS," on the terrace, to abate the peak summer temperatures.
